Partner Information

Matt Holdsworth, CPA, is a native Arizonan who moved from Flagstaff to Prescott. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University in accountancy and minored in computer information systems. Matt has a broad background which includes working in accountancy for a large manufacturer, controller for a residential and commercial contractor, and tax planning. He  also has extensive experience in job costing, forecasting, accounting system design, and financial planning. Matthew is a member of the AICPA and Arizona Society of CPA’s.

Charles Larson is licensed as a CPA in Wyoming and Arizona and has been in public accounting practice for over twenty years. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, governmental entity audits, and income tax preparation. His experience includes preparing compiled and reviewed full-disclosure financial statements and monthly internal, management use compiled financial statements. He is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs), Wyoming Society of CPAs,  and the Arizona Society of CPAs.
