Holdsworth & Larson CPAs, PLLC is a partner owned CPA firm located in Prescott, Arizona. The firm is committed to outstanding client  service, innovation, and technical expertise. Specialties include serving  small business entities, new and established, as well as individuals and their tax needs. In addition to the partners, we employ three CPAs, two accountants, three bookkeepers, and one administrative assistant. Many of our staff members have achieved the status of QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor making Holdsworth & Larson the largest employer of certified personnel in Yavapai County.

Our dedicated and friendly staff possess a high level of technical expertise  acquired from years of experience in many areas of accounting and taxation.
